We are developing Noeon – a novel natively agentic AI system with general capabilities based on carefully selected principles from mathematical category theory, knowledge representation, and computational linguistics. Our technology prioritizes interpretability, revisability, and generality, allowing for safe and efficient adaptation to a changing world. We prioritize AI safety by focusing on interpretability in order to unlock capabilities safely.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Review and request revisions to month-end reconciliations across group companies.

Ensure books are kept in accordance with appropriate financial standards, company's Chart of Accounts and bookkeeping guidelines.
(02)
Enforce the Company's Procurement & Expense policy and oversee departmental budgets.
(03)
Propose revisions to financial practices as the Company's revenue and cost profile, tax position and corporate structure evolve.
(04)
Review draft tax submissions across legal entities, monitoring for inconsistencies and miscalculations.
(05)
Maintain and improve the Company's financial projection system.
(06)
Prepare management reports based on interim financial results.
(07)
Support DCF modelling in advance of fundraising activity.
(08)
Implement new software, automation and AI tools in the Company's finance function.
(09)
Manage stakeholder relationships across Operations, Corporate / Legal, external tax counsel and the rest of the team as required.

Experience
1y+ experience in financial audit, corporate controlling, FI back office, FP&A, AP/AR executive and related roles.

Proven experience working in mainstream accounting software / ERP.

Good grasp of accounting principles, cash basis vs accrual basis accounting, interaction between BS, PL and CF statements.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile development environments.

What we are offering
Competitive Salary: Our target salary range is USD 1,500 - 3,000 pcm for 17.5H week + overtime. Both salary and hours can be adjusted based on the interview outcomes.

People tend to think that AI is solely Machine Learning, like ChatGPT (or DALL-E 2, or Microsoft Bing, or ChatSonic). We are building our solution on an alternative architecture which incorporates ML as a part.
