Where we get personal information from
How long we keep information
We keep employment-related personal records, including Statutory Maternity Pay, Wage/Salary records, Retirement Benefit Schemes, working time records and other employment-related information, for 6 years.
We keep other personal information for as long or as short as required by applicable law, or, in the absence of such statutory requirement, for as long as it remains useful for its stated purpose. We destroy or remove the personal information at the end of the applicable retention period.
We reserve the right to amend our retention policy at any time.
Who we share information with
We have a joint controller relationship with Noeon Research Inc., Noeon Research UK Ltd parent company registered in Japan, Commercial Registry no. 0104–01–156748. Under the Intercompany Agreement between Noeon Research Inc. and Noeon Research UK Ltd, Noeon Research Inc. can access personal data stored by Noeon Research UK Ltd: to provide and improve products and services for clients; for the operation of client or customer accounts; for information updates or marketing purposes; for research or archiving purposes; for recruitment purposes; for dealing with queries, complaints or claims.
We do not share personal information with anyone else.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
